How to Diagnose & Treat Cervicogenic Dizziness

The comprehensive resource for professionals to better evaluate, treat and resolve symptoms of complex Cervicogenic Dizziness patients.

Sound familiar?

  • Cervicogenic Dizziness patients are always so challenging
  • How do I guide my patient's care when I don't know enough myself?
  • What areas of the neck should I concentrate on with a Cervicogenic Dizziness patient?
  • Are there better treatments than just SNAGs and stretches?
You're not alone!  Cervicogenic Dizziness is a challenging diagnosis, but we can make a huge difference for our patients with the right information and training!

Evaluation and Treatment of Cervicogenic Dizziness

Treating Cervicogenic Dizziness patients requires an in-depth understanding not just of neck exercises and sensorimotor treatments, but more importantly, how to actually treat the cervical spine with manual therapy. Complex neck and dizzy patients can leave us feeling frustrated and lead to just referring them out to somewhere else!

But with the right training we can transform the lives of our patients with Cervicogenic Dizziness, restoring them to happy, healthy lives - that's what this course is all about!

What people say about the course

Become more confident with even the most complex Cervicogenic Dizziness patients and create life-changing outcomes

Chris - Michigan

Physical Therapist

"Having attended many other manual based courses & other programs take on tying manual therapy and vestibular rehab, this course wins hands down. Concise, pragmatic, and passionately devoted instructors make this a worthwhile investment. Expect residency-tier information and instruction."

Joey - Mississippi

Physical Therapist

"Harrison & Danielle’s approach to integration of treatment techniques for cervicogenic dizziness while addressing a complete evaluation of the neck to choose the best interventions that are evidence-based is the best around!"

Amy - Michigan

Physical Therapist

"I wish I’d taken this when first practicing: the algorithm paints a clear picture of combining manual and vestibular. The combined approached is highly underrated but well supported by clinical results. Good to see research supporting it and an algorithm to mentally process how to rule in/out through the different areas."

Is the course eligible for con ed credit?

In general, our Cervicogenic Dizziness Management course is pre-approved for 16 CEUs by the Arkansas Physical Therapy Association.

By virtue of Arkansas approval, the following states approve CEUs for the Cervicogenic Dizziness Management course: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

The components of the American Physical Therapy Association are based on individual states and individual sections.  This means that if you take a course approved by any state section of the APTA (i.e. Arkansas), then it will count for credit in other states.  It is not necessary that every course carry the approval of the individual state board in order to allow you to claim it as a completed course.

We do recommend you check with your state board for not only updated requirements, but how many hours are necessary for Type I and Type II credit.

You will receive a Certificate of Completion via email after course test with the approved contact hours.

Contact your own board or organization for specific filing requirements.

Why is the course online?

We used to teach the course all of the United States and even overseas!

However, since COVID-19, a growing family and a thriving private practice, we decided to have our teaching more available to everyone as we were not able to travel to teach as much!

Presenting the course online also makes it more financially accessible; with the cost for the course, hosting, travel and hotel this same material would likely cost more than $3,000 to take in-person!

Do I get a receipt and Certificate of Completion for the course?

Yes, as soon as you purchase the course, you will receive a receipt!

Yes, once you complete the course, you will receive a Certification of Completion by email.
